Your Project Manager will be onsite every day and your Operations Manager is available for appointments as is Groff’s president, Robert Groff. Questions or concerns? Our proposals are itemized, detailed and accurate. Groff offers fixed pricing so that you don’t have to worry about any upcharges. If you want to add or remove something from the contract, we are happy to do change orders to achieve your goals.

Installation projects may include noise, dust, additional parking for crew and deliveries. We respect you and your neighbors. The work on your property will be well managed and safe. We promise to minimize the impact and do whatever we can for a smooth installation. We are happy to introduce ourselves to your neighbors, send thank you cards, provide our contact information, etc.

We come as scheduled and (weather permitting) on time to the job site. We complete our projects on-time and we do not leave until the work is completed.
